Refund Policy

MUDITA is dedicated to providing top-notch services to its customers, especially in the realm of online education. As such, we have a considerate cancellation and refund policy tailored to our online course offerings. Here's our policy:

  1. Cancellations

    - Cancellation requests for our online courses will be entertained if they are made within 24 hours of purchase.

    - However, once you have accessed or commenced the course, the cancellation request may not be granted as the course content becomes available to you immediately upon enrolment.

  1. No Cancellation for Special or Limited-Time Courses:

    - MUDITA does not entertain cancellation requests for courses that are on special offers, discounts, or are limited-time bundles.

  1. Refund Policy & Unsatisfactory Content:

    - If a customer feels that the quality of the course content is not up to the mark or does not align with the description provided on our platform, they can approach our Customer Service team.

    - The request will be entertained once our internal team reviews the concern. The complaint should be lodged within 7 days of accessing the course content.

  1. Mismatch in Course Content:

    - If you believe that the course content received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of enrolment. Our Customer Service Team will review your concern and make an informed decision.

  1. Refund Policy:

    - Should a refund be approved by MUDITA, please note that it will take between 16-30 days for the refund amount to be processed and reflected in the customer's account.
